ELECTION RIGGING MUST BE DENIED OR USA LOSES TRUST & PRESTIGE

Although, as expected, the frightening threat of runaway global warming is virtually nowhere in the media, the importance of a Democratic victory in 2016 remains.  The ability to pass and implement polices to slow global warming as rapidly and as much as possible can only happen with a Democratic victory.

From the Los Angeles Times..."If Trump continues to tell his followers that the election system is ‘rigged’ ... the result could be months of chaos and years of bitterness."

THE ISSUES ARE: 

1. Not only the change in U.S. policies and reduction of our warming gas emissions
2. But ALSO our acceptance as the world leader in slowing global warming. 

We MUST HAVE the ability to act effectively with the community of nations to reduce worldwide warming gas emissions rapidly and radically. We CAN HAVE this ability with our Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton, and equally important, a Democratic Congressional Majority!

To put it another way, the prestige of the U.S. must be great enough to make possible almost unthinkable radical worldwide energy changes. OUR PRESTIGE RESTS UPON our proven reliability, intelligence, trustworthiness, respectfulness, success, and achievement. 

Proven…until this election year with the Presidential nomination of a PROFOUNDLY inadequate and frightening Republican candidate, Donald Trump.

With this in mind, the Republican Presidential candidate and the Republican Party leadership are undermining the possibility of U.S. leadership in the eyes of the international community of nations BY NOT EXPLICITLY, UNEQUIVOCALLY REJECTING THE IDEA THAT THE ELECTORAL SYSTEM IS UNTRUSTWORTHY; “RIGGED” IN SOME WAY BY THE MEDIA AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.

The perception of the trustworthiness of our electoral system is not only crucial to the post election reactions in the U.S.,BUT ALSO TO THE POST ELECTION REACTIONS INTERNATIONALLY. That is, not only is the legitimacy of the election at issue but also the LEADERSHIP LEGITIMACY OF THE U.S. IN THE WORLD AT A TIME WHEN THE FUTURE OF HUMANITY IS AT STAKE!
